The following terms apply to equipment purchases from Prime Star Medical. Please review the individual listing for any item-specific warranty or return terms.
30-day warranty
Items listed in new, refurbished, or used condition carry a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, unless different terms are stated in the listing.
If you experience a problem with an eligible item during the warranty period, contact us with your purchase details and a description of the issue to arrange warranty assistance or an eligible return.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Parts, not working, and sold as is
Items listed as “parts,” “not working,” or “sold as is” do not carry a warranty. Returns will not be accepted for these items.
